Louise graduated from the University of Tennessee - School of Nursing - on September 15th, 1961. She was married, the following day, to the love of her life, Bill. The two built a life of love and a home of faith that endured until her final breath, just twelve days before what would have been sixty-three years of marriage. Following graduation, she became a Registered Nurse and eventually retired from Asbury Acres Healthcare Center after many years of service.
Louise and Bill raised three daughters, while remaining faithful members of several local Baptist congregations. The last 34 years they loyally served at Rockford Baptist Church. Over the years Louise and Bill most enjoyed vacationing with their children and other family members as well as spending time on the lake and in the Great Smoky Mountains.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents Charles V. Cogburn and OmaLee Valentine Cogburn; brothers Leroy C. Cogburn and Charles V. Cogburn, Jr.
Louise is survived by her loving husband William E. Sentell; daughters Kathy (JB) Sentell Bach, Diana Sentell, and Patricia (William) Sentell Cheek; grandchildren Ashley (Nate) Bach Pratt, Korey (Shelby) Bach, Caroline (Ben) Bach Coulter, and Jessica Sweet; great-grandson Beckham Bach and her brother James (Dot) Cogburn.
