Judaun Johnson, age 86, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 4, 2025. Born October 22, 1938, in Pine Castle, Florida. She grew up in Knoxville, TN. Judaun attended Central High School and the University of TN, School of Education. She was a member of Eastern Star, Trinity Baptist Church and the Morning Star Bible Class.
Judaun is preceded in death by her husband James Johnson; father and mother James and Irene Whittenbarger; sister Dorothy Tripp and brother Lloyd Jackson.
She is survived by longtime friends Pelham and Glenda Miller; stepsons Don (Dru) Johnson of Thronton, CO., Jimmy (Karen) Johnson of Ft. Pierce, FL. She also leaves behind several nieces nephews.
A Visitation will be held at Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy., Alcoa, TN 37701, on Thursday, April 10, 2025, 10am-11am with a Funeral Service to start at 11am. A Graveside Service will follow in the Garden of Meditation. Condolences are welcome at SherwoodChapel.com.
