Joyce G. Taylor-Lane of Alcoa, TN passed away on June 14, 2018. She attended the Salvation Army Church of Maryville and was a retired teacher and high school administrator for 32 years. Joyce was a 1967 graduate of Everett High School and was a beloved Salvation Army Soldier. She was preceded in death by her father J.B. Atchley, mother Irene Hicks (Atchley) and beloved dogs Leon and Simone. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dylan S. and Sarah E. Lane; granddaughter Lilah Marie Lane; brother, Joey Atchley and family; her aunt Marilyn Johnson and husband Bill. Burial will be private, but a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
