Irene Ann Butler

.Irene Ann Butler traveled to her Heavenly home on March 11, 2015. She was born on March 24, 1914 in LaGrange, Ohio as Irene A. Gedridge. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John C. Kant and her second husband of over 60 years, John F. Butler, all of her siblings and several other relatives. Survivors are her son, Dr. Kenneth J. Kant and his wife Elaine; four grandchildren: Kacey (Kenneth C.) and wife Leta; Kyle and wife Raina; Karyl; Dr. Kristin Byers and husband Carl, and seven great grandchildren. In life she owned a ticket printing business in Ohio and a craft store in Florida. After retiring she and her husband moved to Maryville to be with her son and grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on March 24, 2015 (her 101st birthday) at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church at 2:00 PM, Rev. William McKenzie officiating. Visitation will be at the church starting at 1:00 P.M.
