Evelyn L. Cotter, age 84 of Louisville, Tennessee passed away on May 3, 2018. She attended A Church Called Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Mertie Houser; husband Marion Loy Cotter; sister, Lula MAe Ott and a brother, Tom Houser. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Davis, son Darrell Cotter; grandsons: Joel Lane and Jeremy Cotter and great grandchildren, Christian Cotter and Ayden Cotter. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
