Anita Jean Daniels

Anita Jean Daniels, age 95, of Louisville, TN passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Jean was a lifelong member of Alcoa-Maryville Church of God, she was very active in the church and loved her church family very much. Jean was a hard worker, after graduating from Alcoa High School in 1945, Jean found employment at Alcoa Aluminum, upon leaving that position she found a position at The University of Tennessee Hospital as a radiation therapist, and she held that position for more than 30 years, upon retiring Jean continued her career with the Maryville City School Systems as a cafeteria worker for several years. In her spare time after her retirement, Jean found joy in working in her flower gardens and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jean will be missed by all who loved her and had the privilege to call her friend.

Jean was greeted at the gates of eternity by her loving husband, Cloyess "Dan" Daniels; the father of her two sons Ralph Loudon Willocks Sr., her parents, James and Hazel Wilson; sisters, Ruth Brewer, Shirley Moyer, Mildred "Billie" Grahl, Carol Lee Wilson; brother, James Edward Wilson; grandchildren, Sherry Marie Killian, Jama Denise Willocks.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children Ralph (Charlotte) Loudon Willocks Jr., James (Janice) "David" Willocks; brother, Don Houston Wilson; sister, Joyce Lynn Peck, and Muriel O'Maley; grandchildren, Joseph Todd Willocks, Jonathan David Willocks, Russell Leon Willocks Sr., Justin Oliver Willocks, and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

The family will honor Jean with services on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Alcoa-Maryville Church of God, 2615 E. Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37804, with a Receiving of Friends from 11:00am to 12:00pm and a Funeral Service to follow at 12:00pm, family and friends will go in procession to Sherwood Chapel & Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Highway, Alcoa, TN 37701 following the funeral service, Minister Hugh McGarity.
