William Henderson Leffew Jr.

William Henderson Leffew, Jr. “Bill” of Coldwater, formerly of Albion, age 82 passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016 under the loving care of his family. Bill was born November 11, 1934 in Soddy-Daisy, TN the son of William and Janie (McDade) Leffew, Sr. and they precede him in death along with step-daughter, Vicky Dyer, sisters: Esther Womble, Naomie Howard and brother, David Leffew. Bill was quite the pool shark in his younger days and as of late, was very active in his church. On June 3, 1989, he married Nancy Cares and she survives. Also surviving are 5 children: William H. Leffew III, Robert Leffew, Julia Leffew, Jeffrey Leffew, Dawn (William) Huff; 2 step-children: Andy (Angie) Brouse, James Swan; 18 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, sister, Helen (Richard) Sheffield and brothers: Cornelius Leffew and Junior (Ruby) Watts.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00PM at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Dr., Albion. Bill’s family will celebrate his life on Saturday, December 10th at 1:00PM at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Wade officiating.
