Robert Otto Schultz

Robert Otto Schultz age 96 of Albion, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall. He was born May 24, 1921 in Albion the son of Gustave and Alma (Scheman) Schultz. Robert served our country in the U.S. Army and was a life-long resident of Albion. He married Valarie (Smith) in June of 1957 and she preceded him in death on December 4, 1989 after 32 years of marriage. He and his late wife, Valarie were members of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Albion. Robert worked for Park’s Drug Store in Albion for many years until his retirement.

Survivors include son, Peter (Shirley) Smith, daughter-in-law, Linda Smith, granddaughter, Amy (Justin) Owens, great-grandchildren: Elana and Marleigh. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and son, Walter Smith.

A Graveside Service will be on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Riverside Cemetery in Albion with Reverend John Cantele officiating.
