Samaritan Lifespan Hospice Residence. He was born November 6, 1923 to Clement L. and
Susie (Wood) Scribner in Albion.
Max was a true world traveler having visited many foreign countries on several continents.
He served as the chief accountant for Eaton Corporation for 30 years. Max also served
his country during WWII as a medical corpsman in the Navy. He also enjoyed gardening and being an amateur genealogist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, three sisters and
several nieces and nephews.
According to his wishes, Cremation has taken place and there will be a
Memorial Service held Monday, December 2, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the
First Presbyterian Church, 305 E. Porter Street, Albion, Michigan 49224
with Rev. Charlotte Ellison officiating.
