Manuel "Manny" Silas Rodriquez Calderon Jr.

Manuel (Manny) Silas Rodriquez Calderon Jr., 36, of Kalamazoo was born June 10, 1987 to Manuel (Silas) and Patricia Calderon in Marshall, MI. He passed away unexpectedly on September 30, 2023 in the presence of his family.

Raised in Albion, Manny was full of life and was such a people person. He could talk to anyone and made friends easily.

Manny had a sensitive heart and a great sense of humor. When interacting with people, he always went for the shock factor, trying to make them laugh.

Manny was an unforgettable guy and left a lasting impression on all who met him. He will be greatly missed and leaves those he was closest to with a huge hole in their hearts.

Manny is survived by his daughter, Emmalee Calderon of Tampere, Finland; both parents, Manuel and Patricia of Albion; sister, Michaela (Jared) May of Albion; one nephew and three nieces.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held for him at 1 p.m. on October, 6 at Christ Apostolic Church in Albion, MI.
