Katherine Juarez

September 9, 2012 at her residence. She was born in 1920 to Felix and Petra Flores in Silivis, Illinois.

In 1949 she married Jose M. Juarez who preceded her in death in 1978.

Katherine has lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana for the past 8 years prior living in Albion, Michigan since

1973. She was a member of St. Augustine & Kalamazoo and St. John Catholic Church in Albion.

She loved to crochet, embroidery, music and loved to cook for family and friends.

Daughters- Maria Del Refugio (Jesus) Ybarra of Ft. Wayne, IN

Maria Atkinson of Kalamazoo

Maria Elena Romero of Wisconsin

Juanita (Jose) Hernandez of Irving, TX

Rosa (Jose) Toscano of Homestead, FL

Sons- Jose (Margarita) Dela Paz of Albion

David Juarez of Mesa, AZ

Esteban Muro of Waneta, FL

Larry Dela Paz of Kalamazoo

Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren

Sisters- Janie Johnson of Adrian

Antonia McGee of Adrian

Brother- Tomas Flores of Adrian

She was preceded in death by her parents, sons Juan and Jose Juarez Jr., two sisters

and three brothers.

Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, September 14, 2012 at 10:00AM until

time of service at St. John Catholic Church, 1020 Irwin Avenue, Albion, Michigan 49224.

Funeral Mass will be Friday, September 14th at 11:00AM at the church with Father Joe Gray officiating.

Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Albion.
