Gayla Dawn Fultz-Cousins

Gayla was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Gary Fultz and her second husband, Mark Cousins.

Gayla enjoyed gardening, working in the yard and also loved crafts in her younger years. She was Baptized in Mt. Calvary Church, Mt. Victory, KY on April 15, 2012 with her brother as a witness.

Gayla leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Valerie (David) Hackworth of Clarksville, TN, 3 grandchildren: Kelsea (Jesse) Bernklau, Kyler Hackworth, Kaleb Hackworth, 2 great-grandchildren: Mila Bernklau, Ada Bernklau, siblings: Vivian Lewis of Homer, Jan Russell of Battle Creek, Greg Fultz of Somerset, KY, many special nieces and nephews, her first husband and still very close friend and neighbor, Douglas Arnett.

According to her wishes, cremation will take place and she will be laid to rest at a later date in Kentucky.

The family is being served by J. Kevin Tidd funeral Home, Albion.
