Brian was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jennie Marsh; his daughters, Sarah Marsh (with husband Ed Heil) and Michelle Asbury (with husband J.J. Asbury); his cherished granddaughter, Haylee Asbury and brothers Craig (wife Cathy) and Dene Marsh (wife Sharon). His family was his greatest pride, and he could be found hosting gatherings filled with laughter, warmth, and good company.
Brian built a rewarding career as an independent business owner of CISCO in Jackson selling industrial tooling supplies. Outside of work Brian enjoyed being outdoors whether he was on the golf course, cruising the waters of Duck Lake on his pontoon boat, or simply enjoying the company of those he held dear.
Beyond his professional and personal passions, Brian proudly served in the National Guard, ultimately achieving the rank of Major. His dedication to service reflected an unwavering commitment to his country and his community. Brian’s military service was a source of pride and exemplified his sense of honor, leadership, and service to others.
Those who knew Brian will remember him for his kindness, generosity, and charming chuckle. Brian’s warm personality created lasting memories for friends and family alike. Brian will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved him.
Memorial Service Details
A memorial service to honor Brian will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home in Albion, Michigan. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 AM at the same location, prior to the service. Following the service, a luncheon will take place at the Albion Elks Lodge, where friends and family can gather to share memories and offer condolences.
