Frances was born February 1, 1922 in Brooklyn, New York. Her parents were William and Mary Ann Coffey. She married W. Wayne Davenport and he preceded her in death February of 2011.
She was a homemaker and is survived by one niece; Mary (Pat) Sheldon of Clifton Park, New York.
There will be no visitation or funeral services.
