Mark W. Smith, passed away on March 16, 2023.

He worked for Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships, as well as several race teams. He could repair ANYTHING, and if he could invent something in the process, it was more fun.
Mark (Shark) loved baseball. After retiring, he worked for Ken Babby and the Akron RubberDucks for 12 years. He will be missed by the entire gameday crew, especially his good friends Adam, Sam and Christina. He loved all of you like family, and “Shark” salutes you!
An avid outdoorsman, Mark enjoyed camping, boating, hunting, and fishing. He looked forward to the winter months spent with his family, and of course fishing, in Louisiana. He was a great storyteller, wrote many songs and poetry, and he loved music. Friends and family know that time spent with Mark became an adventure filled by his quirky sense of humor and his unparalleled zest for life!
