Joyce A. Harmon

was welcomed into the arms of our heavenly father on August 17th.

Joyce was born in Akron , Ohio. She was a graduate of Buchtel High School.

She retired from Akron City Hospital after 34 years of service.

She was also an active member at the Salvation Army.

She worked and Volunteered many other places.

She was caring, kind and loved by many, many people.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Ada Teits,

her loving husband Charles “Tiny” Harmon and grandson Michael May.

She is survived by her wonderful children, daughter Patricia (Chuck)

Harmon-Feisley, son Robert Harmon(Bob) and Steven Harmon.

Grandchildren Heather (Ray) Messenger,(Harmon),

Bobby Jr. May and Chrissy May. Her great grandchildren who she adored,

Cameron Messenger along with many other great grandchildren and as well as numerous friends.

Funeral Services will be held Friday August 23, 11am at the CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME 3653 West

Market Street, Fairlawn where the family will receive friends Thursday 6-8pm

Interment Rose Hill Burial Park.
