She was a lifelong Summit County resident, who graduated from Revere High School in 1972. Janet was employed by Akron Children’s Hospital for over 25 years.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years John “Casey” Shepherd; daughters Jessica (Allan) Carey and Becky (John) Helch, along with her three grandchildren Alivia Helch, James Carey, and Ivy Helch, who were the light of her life.
Janet is also survived by her sister Laurie (Michael) Gibson and her brother David Keller, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
