Jacqueline A Cook

Jacqueline A. Cook (nee:DeWitt) age 81 formerly of Grand Haven, Michigan, passed away March 2, 2014. She was the devoted wife of the late Frederick Cook and was the loving mother of Denise (George) Uhler and Sandra (Doug) McLaughlin and proud grandmother of Nick Uhler and Lily, Quinn and Grace McLaughlin.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents Jacob and Pearl DeWitt and her brother Jerry.

A memorial service will be held 1:30pm Saturday, March 8, 2014 in the Chapel of Rockynol Retirement Community 1150 W. Market St. Akron, where family will receive friends from 1pm until time of services.

Entombment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Jacqueline’s name to The Salvation Army 1006 Grant St. Akron, OH 44311.
