Pat was a loving mother to Lori and her husband Trevor Andrews and Melanie and her husband Robert Mann.
She will be missed by her beautiful grandchildren: Skyler, Erik and Jacob, as well as her brother Dave Heron and his wife Sue and her sister Donna Heron.
Pat has gone to join her son Jason.
A special thank you to Dr. Sahota and the staff at Credit Valley Hospital for all of their care.
She was loved by all her friends in Windsor and Acton and will be missed terribly by all of us.
We know that she is happy and that she will always be with us.

MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Sunday, January 31st, 2010 from two o’clock until the funeral service which will be conducted by Pastor Gary van Leeuwen in the “Shoemaker Chapel” at three o’clock.
