Gail Rowan Burrows

Gail passed away peacefully at home in the company of her loving family. She is survived by Bill, her loving husband of more than 52 years and their loving children; daughter Leigh, sons Christian, James (Lori) and the late Michael (2003) and grandmother of; David (Amanda), Beau and Chassy, Brett, Bobby and Bayley and great-grandmother of Cole and Sommer.

Predeceased by her parents Don and M’liss Rowan, and her brother Art Rowan (Pat and nephew Darryl).

Gail will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She enjoyed the many foster children she cared for. She lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time at the cottage with family and friends.

She will also be remembered for the many pets and animals that she cared for.

The family will receive friends at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton (1-877-421-9860) on Tuesday, November 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

The Funeral Service will be held at All Saints’ Anglican Church, 81 Main Street, Erin on Wednesday, November 6th at 1.30 p.m. Interment Erin Union Cemetery.

Remembrances to the Canadian Lung Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
