Richard was born on April 17, 1995 to Bobbie Vernell Green in Port Arthur, Texas. He grew up in Orange, Texas where he attended West Orange-Stark Middle School and High School. As a child, be developed a love for music, rapping, and sports. Richard and his brother’s love for music began at home where they enjoyed creating music together. As he grew, he cultivated those talents and eventually had a group EveryDollaEnt. He loved being surrounded by his family and created many special memories with his extended family. He relocated to Abilene, Texas to be closer to his family. While working at the Old Anson Apartments he met a fellow coworker Brook Smith and this began a beautiful love story. Together they were building not only a relationship but also plans for a business and ultimately a legacy. Richard became a part of Brook’s family and she became a part of his. Richard was always striving to pursue a new venture in order to provide for his family. He had plans of starting a LLC R & B.
In the process of becoming the man, he wanted to be he affiliated with Ash Street Baptist Church and New Light Baptist Church. He will be remembered for his presence, his smile, and his all all-round positive nature. While his life has come to a close his memory will live on in the heart of all those who had the privilege to know him.
He joins in eternal rest his grandparents, Leona Green, Gladys Chavis, Gracie Cotton, and Juanita Corona; his son, Le’Andro Marquise, cousins, Francine and Maqula.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his fiancé, Brook Domias Smith; his daughter, Zamias Lovell Simmons, and child on the way; his parents, Bobbie Green and Michael Carter; siblings, Kenneth Simmons, Isis Simmons, Rashun Scypion, and his baby sister, Mikia Carter; 8 step-brothers and sisters; an aunt, Rosemary Carter; his mother-in-law, Victoria Barrientes; his brother-in-law, Cameryn Thompson; and close family friend. Elenia Abila. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
