Nancy shared her love for music and song when she found her music voice almost 10 years ago. She loved to perform and sing the karaoke circuit and share her passion. Her singing and performing were always considered to be her therapy. Nancy found peace, freedom, and felt rejuvenated after each song. She was able to escape and forget her physical limitations. Nancy left her family and close friends with her gift and love for music with a self-produced CD titled “Especially Yours”, dedicated to her father. Nancy was a strong independent woman, as one of her songs “I Did It My Way” depicts how she led her life, even to her final days.
Nancy was a retired self-employed business owner. Following her father’s footsteps, Nancy owned and operated several small businesses throughout her adult life.
Nancy was born July 25th, 1944 to Walter and Juanita Wheeler in Queens, New York.
