Mike Horton, 71, of Abilene, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 in Abilene. He was born on October 11, 1952 in Abilene to the late Sam Horton and Lucy Evans Horton. Mike served our country in the U.S. Navy and he worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Hendrick Medical Center for many years.
He is survived by his wife Sue Horton of Abilene; son Michael Horton and wife Hannah of Abilene; daughters Caitlain Megain Horton of Abilene and Samantha Rutledge of Austin; two grandchildren Piper McClung and Claire Horton.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 US Hwy 277 South in Abilene.
