Jeffery Leon Bogle, 64, of Lake Stamford, Texas passed away peacefully in Abilene, Texas with his family at his side.
Jeffery was born on September 18, 1959 the oldest child of the late Tilton Leon Bogle and Shirley Ann (Clift) Bogle. He was raised in Lubbock and moved to Hamlin originally and eventually settling at Lake Stamford. Jeffery was a hard worker endeavoring in the fields of oil field, sheet metal, irrigation and Walmart. He was an avid fisherman and sports enthusiast. He was a huge Texas Tech and Green Bay Packers fan. He loved being with his family creating special memories however; he cherished the solitude of being alone as well. Jeffery and his siblings maintained a special relationship throughout life. He devoted his time to become a caregiver for his parents.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Shirley “Dianne” Pike.
He is survived by his siblings, Lynn Bogle of Lubbock, Suzanne Willis (Jerry) of Slaton, Dewayne Bogle(Lavon) of Pampa, George Bogle (Nettie) of Haskell and Greg Bogle(Christina) of Abilene; his brother-in-law, Rex Pike of Lake Stamford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
At a later date a gathering in his honor will take place at the lake.
