Jazz was born on August 2, 2004 in Abilene to Jason K. Jones and Janet M. Curry. From a young age, he always had a natural spark and an abundance of energy leaving an imprint on all those he came in contact with. He grew up attending school at Wylie where he played sports when he was younger. At an early age, he developed a solid work ethic assisting his father Garrett on the farm. It was during this time he gained a love for welding, farming, taking care of and tending to livestock. His love for livestock was shown through his work with FFA where he took pride in showing his pigs. He also enjoyed working at Potosi Live. To say he was a hard worker is an understatement. He loved being with his family creating special memories. From the youngest family member to the oldest, Jazz shared special bonds. He will be remembered for his selfless nature, compassion for others, always being on the go, and his fierce independence. He was a true Texan and had his own unique way of doing things that can only be described as, “That’s Jazz”.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bud Connolly.
He is survived by his parents, Janet and Garrett Lindley, Jason and Christina Jones; his siblings, Serinity Frausto, and Jett Jones; grandparents, Mike and Evyonne Curry, Steve and Brenda Richards, Dirk Lindley, Sandra Connolly, Wade and Leanna Jones; great-grand parents, Cotton and Carolyn Curry; aunts and uncles, Tammy and Cory Withers, Misti and Clay Collier, Dustin and Shawnna Lindley, Laci Smoot, James and Laurie Jones, Justin and Lauren Jones, Jarod and Sierra Jones, Casey Foreman, Stephanie and Tim Grisham, Amber Storm, and Jessica Reece; cousins, Braxdyn and Ben Withers, Cason and Kylee Lindley, Ethan Abalos, and Collyns Collier; and a whole slew of Jones Cousins; he is also survived by his forever love, Cady Loyd.
