The family will receive friends for a visitation at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday December 2, 2023 at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. with minister David Lang officiating. The burial is to follow at Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories Cemetery in Abilene, Texas.
Gail Ann Rosta was born in Flint, Michigan to Robert Silvester McNiel and Marilyn Yaklin. She graduated from Montrose Hill McCloy High School in Michigan. She was a passionate gardener and dedicated administrator at an environmental lab for many years. She brought beauty to the world through her love for gardening. Gail cherished her 10-year marriage to her beloved husband Matthew. She will be deeply missed by many friends she made during her time at Lake Hills Health Care Center. May her memory live in our hearts.
Gail Ann Rosta was preceded in death by her father, Robert Silvester McNiel.
Gail is survived by her husband, Matthew John Rosta; children Lacy Worley and Austin Worley; sisters, Denise McNiel-Muennink and Kim McNiel-Polk; mother, Marilyn Yaklin; grandchildren, Damien, Uriah and Troy.
