Eduardo was born on December 11, 1964 in Warner Robins, Georgia to Eduardo Mario Gutierrez, Sr. and Elma Lidia (Luna) Gutierrez. He was a graduate of McMurry University and worked for many years for Taylor County.
Eduardo loved to read anything he could get his hands on, and wrote many training manuals within the Juvenile Justice System. In his spare time outside of work, he loved to play disc golf and games of all kinds. He also loved music, especially live music, and promoted performances in this area. He was a humble, loving husband and father.
Eduardo was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Eduardo Gutierrez and Olga Gutierrez; maternal grandparents, Geodofredo Luna and Elidia Luna.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Eduardo Mario Gutierrez, Sr. and Elma L. Gutierrez; his wife, Martha Gutierrez; one daughter, Rhiannon Hanson; one brother, Ricardo M. Gutierrez; a nephew, Antonio M. Gutierrez; and several extended family members and friends.
