Bill grew up in North Delta with many friends. In his teen and young adulthood, most of those friends were girls. He was too impatient for school opting instead for going straight to work at 15. Bill was a car guy from birth He went to work in his parent's business, Right Temp Radiators and was a Radman then working for several local Rad shops after his dads death in 1993. Bill then changed careers recently to become a heavy-duty mechanic It didn’t matter what job Bill did, he was good at it. He had a mobile air conditioning business as well.
Bill loved 55’ Chevy’s. He restored one when he was 19 and another one in the past few years. This car was his baby. He spent almost every weekend working on it. He joined the Road Iron Car Club and met some wonderful people. He entered it in many shows, winning his first trophy last year. He had just completed his new shop to store her in prior to his death.
Bill had to be busy all the time. He played the drums and the guitar. Renovated his house. Whatever it was he was doing he did it with his whole being, even the things he shouldn’t. To know Bill was to love him even when he ticked you off you couldn’t help but to forgive that smiling face.
Bill had friends everywhere and they loved him dearly. Bill had finally found a balance of love, work and home. He was gloriously happy. He was on his way on vacation to Mexico with his love Cathy when fate had other plans.
We will miss him always and remember him with a crooked smile
