His kindness, love, simplicity and supportive attitude will be greatly missed by his loving wife Rosalina, family, co-workers, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Wayne grew up in Thunder Bay Ontario, the eldest of two children. He worked at the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC), Agriculture Canada as a Grain Inspector for 38 years. He retired in 2012, but after two years of retirement, he missed his co-workers and decided to go back to work on a part time basis.
Wayne became a Catholic with the support and encouragement from his Pastor, Fr. George Eddatukaran and the RCIA coordinator Bob Buckham. He became part of the Usher Ministry at St. James Parish. As an usher he loved opening the door and greeting everyone with a smile on his face.
Wayne liked travelling on his own and with his wife to different places around the world. When he was younger, he loved playing golf and adventure mountain climbing.
Wayne was a very supportive husband to his wife Rosalina in her church activities and her volunteer jobs.
A favorite saying to everyone close to him was, “Less Talk, Less Mistake, Happy Wife, Happy Life.”
You will be missed. Peace to his memories.
