Terry was a friend of everyone who he met. You will be missed by many.

Terry you were an inspiration to many people around you.  Today we will celebrate your life but will have a heavy heart. May God give strength to your family in this time of grief.

  Last year the Canucks were in the playoffs and Terry and his brother were at a key game in the last round. The team was losing and everyone had filed out and as the TV was scanning the empty seats I spotted, up in the far sections,  the remaining supporters. Loyal and unwavering in the face of this not so insignificant loss he remained. Only a game, true, but yet telling in the consistency of character of one whom I had come to know and admire for his support and will greatly miss as time goes by. Win or lose he was there for his team.

Terry showed us how to live each day with purpose and passion. His enduring optimism and genuine compassion were inspiring. It was a gift to have known him.

Terry: You have left us too soon; we are missing you already. Thank you for a life lived well and for the enjoyment you have shared with those you met along the way, including myself.

I'll never forget the day Terry showed up in Sacramento in the mid-80's after meeting him on a 3-flags classic motorcycle ride. He was a heck of a rider, most excellent story teller, made everyone laugh, and could go 1000 miles in one day on the bike.  I'll never forget that inquisitive nature of Terry as he asked the pilot of his plane more questions that a little kid and enjoyed every minute of it.  Happy trails Terry, ride, baby ride.

Terry always saw the positive in every situation, the best in every person. He took on some of the most difficult, frustrating  projects at BC Tel/TELUS Fleet Services and saw them through to success every time, far too often without the thanks or respect he deserved. Through it all he always persevered, rarely complained and was always ready to do it all again next year. Terry was a very special human being and one I will never forget.

Terry was always a smiling face in his fishbowl at work.  He will be greatly missed.

Terry, although your journey has come to an end, you have left your imprint on each and every one of us.

You have passed the torch for all of us to continue living with your passion, enthusiasm and genuine caring.

Terry and I met many years ago through a volunteer opportunity at Telus (BCTel in those days).  Terry always had a smile on his face and a positive outlook.  Whenever I had to call on Terry for assistance at work his response reflected his passion for doing the right thing and making a difference.  We will miss Terry and his passion and energetic outlook. My prayers go out to his family.

Terry was one of those individuals who always had time for you, and would always try to help. It''s a great loss to us all. Rest In Peace Terry.

Friends are those rare people who ask how we are and then wait to hear the answer. To me this says it all when describing Terry. I consider it my great fortune to have spent time and be part of his world. You will be deeply missed.

Am sorry to say good bye to such a wonderful person. It was always a pleasure to just sit and talk with Terry.

Terry you always helped whenever you could. I will miss you.
