Margarethe Derksen

She is predeceased by her parents, Jakob and Helene Janzen; her first husband, Peter Dyck, also her second husband, Henry Derksen, daughter Anna and by a very special grandson, Christopher Dyck.

Survived by her loving family: son, Dr. Peter (Carole) Dyck and their family; daughter, Lydia Vogt and her family; son, Ernie (Amalia) Dyck and their family; son, Jakob (Christine) Dyck and their family; also by her sister, Marie Tessaro, many nieces, nephews and extended family.

We would like to thank the staff at Tabor Home for their kindness and care of Mom for the past 6 years as well the Dr.’s Smith and Shafe and staff at Baker 3, Abbotsford Regional Hospital.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 9 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford. Burial will be at 9:30 am on Friday, June 10 at Maclure Road Mennonite Cemetery followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 am at Clearbrook MB Church, 2719 Clearbrook Rd. Abbotsford.
