Lenard is survived by his daughter, Susan, son, Bill, and grandson, Tyler; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
He was predeceased by his wife, Joyce in 2004.
Lenard had a keen interest in automotives, and played fiddle and violin throughout his life, continuing through his retirement.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, BC.
Interment will follow at Hazelwood Cemetery.
