Lena Dueck

Lena Dueck passed away into the presence of God on October 20, 2013. Born February 28, 1936 to Johann and Agnes Bergmann, in Friesland, Paraguay. She married Martin Dueck on February 16, 1957. Together they immigrated to Canada in 1958.

Lena is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Martin Dueck and her grandson Trevor Dueck. She is survived by her children Adelheid (Henry), Arwit (Stephanie), Raymond (Tracy); 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 7 – 9:00 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. Interment will take place on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 10:00 am at Maclure Road Mennonite Cemetery. Memorial Service to follow at Eben-Ezer Mennonite Church, 2051 Windsor Street, Abbotsford, at 11:30 am.
