Having spent her life being late for everything, the only thing she's ever been early for is her own funeral. Cordie passed away unexpectedly in the early morning of Sunday, January 20. Jesus freed her from her struggle with Parkinson’s Disease and Lewy Body Dementia by drawing her heart to His heavenly home.
Cordie was a woman of humor and compassion, listening and encouraging with wisdom and wit. She was faithful and self-sacrificing in nature, constantly putting others before herself. And through these past years we have seen her faith, stubbornness and strength provide the courage needed for each day.
Cordie is survived by her husband Stan Siemens, and by her children, their spouses and grandchildren: Nikki and Brent, Josiah, Micah Lanigan; Colin and Jenny, Addison, Ethan, Hudson Siemens; Tyler and Julia, Jocelyn, Emily Siemens. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine and Ross Bretherick, Diane and Dwain Black, Laverne and Rob Berget, and Lela Liberty and Kevin Chesney.
She is predeceased by her parents Louis and Louise Liberty.
Thank you to the staff of MSA Manor who blessed Cordie with compassion, understanding, patience and friendship.
