Anne Violet Thiessen

Thiessen, Mrs. Anne Violet, (nee, Sawatsky) late of Tabor Court, Abbotsford, B.C. passed away on January 4, 2013 at age 87 years. She was predeceased by her husbands, Jack DeFehr (1987), Ike Janzen and Nick Thiessen (2010) along with her siblings; Peter, Ike and Frieda.

She is survived by her son Larry (Lyn) DeFehr, daughters Bonnie (Ed) Wedel and Wendy (Warren) Jones, grandchildren Jeremy (Renee), Corrie, Simon (Jen) and Kristy Wedel, and great-grandchildren, Josiah, Ethan and Kaylee Wedel.

Viewing will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road on Wednesday, January 9th from 6 - 8 pm.

A graveside service will be held at the Mennonite Cemetery on Maclure Road, Abbotsford on Thursday, January 10th at 11:00 am.

The Memorial Service for Mrs. Anne Violet DeFehr Thiessen will be held Thursday, January 10th, 1:30 pm at the Bakerview MB Church, 2285 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford.
