This was a very difficult time for us. Our son died suddenly and we had to travel from the UK to Canada, which added a significant burden to a tragic situation. Maureen took control of the arrangements on our behalf and managed the legal issues so that we were able to bring our sons remains back home with us aligned with our flights. We are so grateful for her care and support alongside the other members of the team.
