During an extremely difficult time for our family, the staff at Culley's provided us with exceptional service, from our first contact with them through the services and even in the days after the funeral. Freddie Adams and Zach Williams could not have done more to help, support, and guide us through this process (that no one wants to go through). Freddie patiently walked us through all of the steps to have the best service possible with incredible kindness and compassion. The memorial display they set up was absolutely perfect and couldn't have captured the personality and life of our loved one any better. You could feel the love and attention that was put into creating the display, and it meant the world to us. When we arrived and stopped to sign the book, we saw a basket that contained laminated cards with my brother's picture on them, a saying, and a mini-game controller key chain attached. These were not the prayer cards we ordered; they were in addition to them. We were very surprised as we didn't know these were being made. This special effort truly touched our hearts and couldn't have been more perfect. We cannot say enough good things about the above-and-beyond service Culley's provided and our overall experience with them.

Freddie and his team is exceptional.He took the time to ask me about my wife and our life together. He cares for me. He keeps in touch with me at least once a week to check in as I've experienced some health challenges. I believe God sent me to Culley's as Freddie has been an answered prayer.

Freddie was very kind and easy to work with! He went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate anything we needed from him! I would very highly recommend Culley's for your funeral needs! I was in awe of the presentation of my husband's personal things and pictures at the front of the room! It was done in such a very professional way and everyone commented on how beautiful it was! The food was delicious and presented so nicely! The portrait they had made of my husband brought tears to my eyes and will be cherished forever. The staff were all so helpful and kind! I can't say enough about the experience we had with Culley's!
