Outside venue at Fairhaven Memorial ServicesFrom the minute you step into our funeral home, it is our promise to make you feel at home. Our beautiful indoor and outdoor reception center allows families to create a memorial of your choose, conveniently gathering before or after a service to share food, drink and memories. Our chapel invokes Spanish-style architecture with large wooden beams, traditional pew seating and stained glass windows.

Personalized funerals

We also make it our mission to help families create personalized funeral and memorials. This approach keeps us open to traditional religious rites as well as contemporary gatherings that deeply reflect a person's life. Whether you want a basic cremation with cremation remains scattered in a personally meaningful place, a funeral at the funeral home with cemetery burial nearby, or a modern Life Well Celebrated® memorialization complete with live music and a special one-of-a-kind send-off, we are here to deliver. If you can imagine it, we will make it happen. 

Serving the community

Maintaining strong connections to the local community is also a key part of who we are. Our community outreach program includes free workshops, seminars and remembrance events intended to enhance the well-being of the southern Orange County area communities throughout the course of the year.

To honor veterans who have served our country in the Armed Forces, Fairhaven Memorial Services inscribes their name and branch of service on our Military Memorial Monument with a yearly unveiling on Veterans Day./p>

We also support our local partners in care to provide free continuing education credit events for nurses, case managers, social workers, RCFE administrators, chaplains and fiduciaries.

For over a century, Fairhaven has been dedicated to the care and service of Orange County families. Our tradition dates back to 1911, when local businessman Oliver Halsell founded Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary in Santa Ana.
