We are proud to have a staff largely comprised of longtime area residents, and most have been with the original Tidd-Williams Funeral Home for numerous years. Community involvement

Our dedication to Albion and Calhoun County is reflected in the many local activities and community events our staff support. We are currently involved in the Albion Chamber of Commerce and Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce and host Halloween activities for local school children. J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home also sponsors and attends National Association for the Advancement of Colored People events and activities.

Our funeral home is proud to support local police and fire 1st-responders, military groups and organizations, and public servants. Each year, we host an annual Clergy Appreciation Breakast to express thanks to our local clergy and church staff. Our yearly Holiday Remembrance Program is our way of encouraging families they are not alone during the holidays.

History

Situated in a beautiful area at the southwest edge of town, visitors can often see deer, turkeys and various other wildlife roaming freely about the area. Started by the Tidd family, J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home has a long and well respected history of serving families in the Albion community for decades, which culminated with Kevin Tidd selling his facility in 2009 and retiring in 2012.
