Cremation services

Not everyone knows that there are many cremation options. If you are interested in cremation, the funeral home team can explain the process and different options. From a direct cremation without a memorial service or a witness cremation to a full funeral service before or after the cremation and more, we help you understand this increasingly common choice—and handle all of the cremation arrangements.

History

In 1972, Baldwin-Fairchild Cemeteries & Funeral Homes began when Richard Baldwin Jr. founded the first Baldwin Funeral Home in the Goldenrod area of Orlando. In 1974, Richard Baldwin expanded to Altamonte Springs, and in 1978 he added All Faiths Memorial Park in Casselberry.

Growth in Orlando

In 1980, Richard expanded further through the acquisition of 3 additional funeral homes in the Orlando area: Fairchild Funeral Home and Crematory located in Ivanhoe, Bray Funeral Home in Apopka and Hoequist Funeral Home in Winter Garden. All 5 of the funeral homes were immediately renamed Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Homes.

Following more acquisitions through the years, Baldwin-Fairchild Cemeteries & Funeral Homes now include 10 chapel locations and 4 cemeteries serving all of the Greater Orlando area. Richard has always believed that families, regardless of their faith, social status or circumstances, deserve unwavering respect and dignity throughout the entire funeral process.
