Our funeral home

Our beautiful brick funeral home sits on lush manicured grounds on Highway 2, near the Courtice/Oshawa border, close to a number of cemeteries and churches. With large visitation rooms, a chapel that seats more than 200 guests and a spacious reception centre for post-funeral gatherings, our facilities are comfortable for families of all faiths. Large windows let in lots of natural light and interiors with warm colours and fireplaces create a homey atmosphere. Our parking lot is easily and safely accessed from the highway, and we have a covered pick-up/drop-off area at the main doors.

Our caring team

The friendly, caring staff at Courtice Funeral Chapel puts your needs first. Most of our staff have worked in the Courtice/Oshawa/Bowmanville area their whole careers and consider themselves your friends. They, along with our management team, believe deeply in community service. They coach local sports teams, sing at retirement and nursing homes as part of the Oshawa Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, and are members of the Kiwanis and Rotary clubs. See MoreSee Less
