The on-site representative (Jeff) was very professional and caring. On the day of the service, just as we were arriving to the site, rain began. Jeff was waiting for us with umbrellas. Greeting each car as it arrived. Despite the weather, we were all dry and felt well taken care of. Following the service, the on-site staff responsible for opening/closing the mausoleum, checked in with me. He gave his condolences and asked whether he could do anything more for us. Very unexpected, but very appreciated. Overall my experience was excellent. The entire staff is professional and courteous, going beyond what would be expected.

It is hard to bury a loved one but on top of that I had to put my 23 year old son here sue to road rage incident. It was very hard for me to sit in person and handie this. The patience and compassion Jeff had was wonderful.

Everything about our experience at Cherokee Memorial Cemetery was memorable. Jeff Gilbert was great. His attention to detail and suggestions enhanced our experience. He was kind and appropriately humorous. He made my mother smile at a difficult time for her. We were all so pleased with my dad's memorial service here. It was all handled beautifully.

We had all the time we needed but he worked within our schedule The memorial park is beautiful and perfectly maintained each and every day. I suggest prearrangements because our children's next visit will remove pressure from my children because I helped select it. Most of that was handled today Thank you Jeff. I was amazed at how we could throw out an idea and Jeff immediately had the knowledge to show me what I thinking or wanted for the marker. If not perfect other options were available. We were with the best expert. Quickly we knew Jeff's suggestions were for our benefit! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experiences during the saddest of times. That takes true caring and consideration! Yet we felt what we wanted was primary. Thank you Jeff. Cherokee Memorial is lucky to have you.
