Bobby was my 2nd cousin and was loved by our whole family.  I will always remember his smile, kindness, sense of humor, deep love for Gerrie and  their children and all the fun we had when the family got together. He was truly a great man and will be missed. I do not like to say goodbye so I will simply say that he will always have a special place in my heart until we meet again. I love you!           Arlayne

Bobby... no matter how we changed
no matter our ages, no matter what... Bobby was always Bobby to me. My “BIG”cousin. He took me under his wing and taught me so much about the world. Especially what I needed to know a bout “BOYS” ! We had crazy fun times..wonderful holidays, sweet summers on fountain street .He had a great sense of humor, was loving and kind and could always come up with an appropriate “zinger”! We couldn’t get together In later years as much as we would have liked but my thoughts and prayers were with Gerrie and Bobby EVERY day..... ‘til we meet again,..., I love you, God speed. Marney


Robert “Bob” was one of the original Golfers Annoyomous Members later got his name changed to “Topper” from I don’t know who. Was a die hard San Diego Padre fan with his wife Gerri moved to Yuma,AZ. Where our yearly trips to Yuma to watch the Padres/Golf/Cards/BBQ and back to the real world “WORK”. The memories that developed from that point on are priceless. We Loved the Toppers still do. God Bless and R.I.P.  my brother.
Gerri my wife Billie and I Loved (still do) both of you, may God give you and your family strength. Even though I won’t be able to make the Services WE will be there in Spirit with you and the G.A. Gang.

My Grandpa is the most amazing man I know. He was always the voice of reason, kind and compassionate, our rock. Unfortunately all the strength, love and wisdom he gave me could never prepare me to go on without him.  I'll do my best to continue making him proud, but this aching in my heart may never go away.  I love you so much grandpa and all I can do is pray that we will all meet again one day.

Bob was one of the most personable store managers one could ever hope to work for and with.  It was my luck to be assigned to his store in Cardiff by the Sea, and it was there that I first met his wife, Geraldine. (many would call her Gerrie, but I never personally heard Bob shorten her name and I took that as his way to show respect for his spouse, an attribute that is so often lost in today's world).  I have honestly never heard anyone speak of him negatively; that's how he always treated his co-workers, even those who were unable to perform their position.  He would never speak in any type of discouraging term when referring to someone like that.  Getting to know him personally after working with him was a privilege for me.  After he retired, he joined an informal group of golfers who played weekly, most of them store managers as well.  After moving from San Diego, CA. to Yuma, AZ., he and Geraldine would play hosts to that group for many, many years.  Such great memories they made for so many others.  I do not need to state this, but Bob will be sorely missed.  May he rest in peace.

I  had the pleasure of  working  with Bob for quite a few years. He was such a trooper...always upbeat, never complaining, even when I know his hip was very painful. He always had a smile for everyone and was the most ethical person I ever worked with. My thoughts are with Gerrie and family. Rest in peace, Bob!

Bob was one of my favorite cousins. He and his sister Dolores taught me how to ride my first bike! Later in life Bob and I would visit we would discuss the issues of the day. He always had an interesting perspective on things. Bob was a man of principle, dedication and  faithfulness. Through his marriage to Geraldine he exhibited what true love really is.  
Bob your smile, laughter and voice will always live on with me. Thank you for the memories. You will be missed.

I know we will meet again I will catch up to you.

Robert was such  an amazing man, he was a great person and touched so many hearts. Words can not express his love,  caring, touching, understanding, grateful  and much more man. Thank you for allowing me and my kids be part of your life through the years. Rest In Peace and memories will be with your grandkids Austin and Ashley and I.  The battle you fought over the last years were hard but we all know you were a fighter you are now at peace and we love you.
