Bobbie Jo Mitchell-Bernal

Bobbie Jo attended Yuma High School. She later worked at Goldsboro Bakery, Holiday Inn, Quality Inn and Microtel. Bobbie Jo enjoyed photography, river floating with friends and spending time with family.

Bobbie Jo is survived by her husband, Victor Bernal; mother, Sharon Mitchell; father, Dean Mitchell; son, Justin Wilkerson; daughters, Samantha Rangel and Savanah Bernal; brother, Thomas Mitchell of O'Fallon, IL; sister, Rhonda Rodriguez of Peoria, AZ; grandson, Trent Wilkerson; granddaughter, Nevaeh Ruiz both of Yuma, AZ; 3 nieces; 1 nephew and extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Bobbie Jo Bernal, 40, died June 1, 2011, at her Yuma home.

She was born Nov. 9, 1970, in Upland, Calif., and was a receptionist.

A visitation will be at noon Tuesday at Johnson Mortuary Chapel, with funeral services at 2 p.m. Private cremation will be at a later date.
