Valerie Cecilia Collins

Valerie Collins, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother went to be with the Lord on January the 4th, 2023 at age 64. She was a fantastic cook and fed many over the years. She taught her love for music to people throughout her life with piano and voice lessons and served God by leading worship in church. In the last 20 years, she became a nurse and caregiver, serving and blessing many. And in the last decade she became a Gammie, to four grandchildren who were the light of her life. Valerie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Curt; her only biological child Christina and son in law Chris; and her four grandchildren Conner, Cloee, Celsea and Cason. Her family and loved ones will cherish her forever in our hearts. She is now set free from this world and with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ

A viewing for Valerie will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Weaver Hughes Mortuary, 33629 Yucaipa Blvd., Yucaipa, California 92399. A funeral service will occur Sunday, January 29, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Well Church, 12717 14th Street, Yucaipa, CA 92399.
