Rose Forte

Our Mother (Rose) was the heart of our home and family. She raised four children, Susan Anthony, Robert (Barbara) Forte, Barbara (Ed) Miller, and Lyn (Mike) Bruno in a happy and loving home to be independent and thoughtful adults. Rose was married for 58 years to her soulmate, Herb, who preceded her in death. She was also a grandmother to Michelle (daughters Marissa Forte and Elizabeth Ringo), Christopher Forte, Jerome John, Kathryn Forte, Bianca (Ronnie Berry) Forte, Jessica Forte, Roxanne (Dennis) Berlien, Brandon (Tessa) Heard, and Justin (Danielle) Heard, Conrad Miller, Keresa Miller, Justen (Ashley) Miller and great-grandmother to numerous children who loved and respected her.

Rose worked many years as the membership coordinator for the North Orange County Board of Realtors and the Whittier Board, knowing most of the local real estate agents. Rose was known for putting the needs of her family and friends before her own needs. If she wasn’t home, you could find her at the Bingo Hall where she played until she no longer could. She loved to play the piano and cook, entertaining family and friends. She was a generous giver to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and the Boys Club of America.

She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed.
