Taddeo Vittoria

Taddeo was born in Providence Di Chieti, Palena Italy to Giovanni and Anna (Toppi) Vittoria in 1932. He came to America in 1953 at the age of 21. While working in Tarrytown, New York he met his wife Evelina in 1959 and within six months of knowing each other they got married. He worked as a scaffold man with Local 235 most of his life. When he retired, he liked to play golf, going on trips with family, he enjoyed living an active lifestyle through having a disciplined daily routine, going on his daily walks with his wife and friends and spend time with the grand kids. He also enjoyed attending to the garden, which allowed him to always feed his family with fresh, healthy food. His favorite television shows were westerns. He will sadly be missed by his wife of 64 years Evelina (DelMonaco), Daughter Anna and Son-in-law Joe (Perugini), Son John, Daughter Rita, Peter and (Daughter-in-law) Lori, Daughter Donna. And grandsons. Chris, Joe (Perugini), Kyle (Huntley). He was predeceased by his Father Giovanni, Brother Mario Vittoria, Mother Anna (Toppi), Sister Maria (De Angelis), Brother Gino Vittoria.

Visitation for Taddeo will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, 168 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Sacred Heart RC Church, 110 Shonnard Pl, Yonkers, NY 10703. An entombment will occur Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 10:45 AM to 11:20 AM at Ferncliff Cemetery, 280 Secor Road, Hartsdale, NY 10530.
