My first memory of my Uncle was him saving me from the deep end of a swimming pool.   The last memory was him sending down the stairs lift chair for me so I could ride up the stairs.  Always kind to me.  I will love him forever.  Rest in Heaven Uncle Conrad.  I love you.

Some Irish poet must have known Conrad to have written those words.  Our hearts are aching for our loss yet we can all feel Conrad's love surrounding us.  That's the man he was.  Loving. Caring. Thoughtful. Full of laughter and fun and so good at making memories that will endure and sustain us until we hopefully meet again.  We are grateful that he chose to be part of our lives.  In his own quiet, kind way he made each of us a bit better by just being himself.  We have been truly blessed and will miss him dearly.


Deepest condolences to Dee, Con and family. We knew Conrad for 40+ years and had the deepest respect for him. He was a kind and caring man and he loved his family deeply. He cared for the people of the City of Yonkers and strived to do everything in his power to help them. Conrad will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
