Freeport- Joseph A. Farrell, 79, passed away on May 30, 2018 after battling a long illness. Joseph was born April 9, 1939 in St. Leonard, New Brunswick, the son of Sylvio and Rita (Tardif) Farrell.
Joseph is survived by his daughter, Leona Farrell; grandson, Joseph Armstrong; his siblings, John, Gary, Silvia, Nancy and Sally; his nephew, Richard Campbell.
Joseph enjoyed spending countless hours teaching his grandson Joseph how to "coupon shop" and will still carry on the "coupon search." When Joseph wasn't spending time clipping coupons, he shared his stories spent in the Air Force with his Marine nephew, Richard. Joseph always enjoyed his morning coffee at Cold Farms, but most importantly, he just wanted to take care of his family and friends.
Honoring Joseph's wishes, there will be no formal services.
