Our beloved Tom went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus, on his 76th birthday. Tom was a father, husband, son, brother, uncle, teacher, and friend to many. His life was marked by faithful service to Christ, the church, his family, his students, and his country. He endured Alzheimer's for many years, continuing to laugh and enjoy every moment he could before he succumbed to his disease, stating through it all that he knew God was in control. We will greatly miss him, but we are thankful he heard the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant!" Dad would want you to know that Jesus loves you and has made a way for you to die once and live twice.
